USAReinforced is about houses and buildings erected with modules. Concrete cubes of a size of a spacious room are connected to form a unified building for one family, a duplex, a multi-family residential building or a hotel.
Currently there are two types of modules available:
• Stand alone modules – that will create a fully independent house o area round 500 sq.ft. with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a living room. Exactly the same modules will be fit for installation next to each other and one on top of each other, allowing to form a building of number of apartments.
• Connector modules – that allow to create bigger area rooms like living rooms, spacious dining rooms or open space areas.
All modules leave the factory fully fitted out – with floors, painted walls, ready to use bathrooms and kitchens, doors.
Target Market
USAReinforced technology modules are designated for permanent living or work – especially in geographical zones of high risk of volatile and unexpected weather conditions like hurricanes and tornadoes.
Ecology and environment
This brand new technology is in line with highest standards when it comes to natural environment protection and its resources. Modules are not produced with wood elements, which is very common now in many hurricane zones.
Fit-out elements, like paints, tiles, wall panels are made with fully recycled materials or if not possible majority recycled ingredients. Building installations also come with high level of recycled materials – ventilation, plumbing etc.
USAReinforced technology modules are manufactured in controlled environment of factory buildings, converted from its previous form of logistic warehouses. Therefore there is no additional impact on environment related with the construction of new buildings and no unnecessary carbon footprint related with it.
The great advantage of the technology is durability of modules, that by default are in service for 80 to 100 years. To compare, wood frame houses usually wear off after 40 years, due to loss of main qualities of the construction, and sometimes even sooner that this due to termites, fungi or severe and volatile weather.
Eco elements:
• green concrete, acquired during a process of carbon dioxide absorption
• re-usage of the factory building – manufacturing in a building previously used as a warehouse
• roofs are covered with solar panels/photovoltaics
• recuperation installed to limit energy spent on heating/cooling
• wall paints and covers only with safe ingredients
• counter tops, shower trays, wall panels purchased only from suppliers that use no less than 80% of renewable energy sources
