Unique Technology
It is due to a very innovative and integrated approach towards design – where science of construction meets building physics and engineers – that allowed preparation and use of USAReinforced to protect and save human lives.
About 80 per cent demand for USAReinforced modules will come from state authorities and private entrepreneurs – developers, investors, general construction companies. Initial market recognition and letters of intent filed by interested parties proves this ratio.
The outstanding 20 per cent, according to current market recognition, will be delivered to private customers willing to use it for own residential purposes (incl. Accessory Dwelling Units).
Market Size USAReinforced will be offered in markets where the following have occurred:
• High and increasing intensity of negative weather conditions (tornadoes, hurricanes), that devastate easily and frequently wood frame buildings
• Shortage of apartments and houses, accounted to 5-6 million units in USA market, including fast growing market of apartments of the area 500 sq.ft. to 900 sq.ft. and affordable housing market.
Eventually the new technology will be eliminating previous, wood-based technology, creating increasing demand over next decades.
